Realise ourselves we do, over time, but, seldom do we persevere to fully immerse and engage in the inner outer life of us enough to rise to our fullness. We have mini realisations and we think aha I got it this is it, and rather than evolving further like little steps, we make a house at this step and think that’s it. Really? Ermmm do you really think it is that simple to unravel the mystery of you because from where I am sitting, you are anything but fathomable! That’s how infinity plays out. It’s infinite, as are we, but not limited to what we imagine us to be, rather unlimited to what we can ever dare.
Why stop the process? Carry on, ride the ride and find even more elevation in the rollercoaster and enigma of you. For some of us this process starts with a lot of overwhelm and chaos. We resist. We push, we pull. We dare to say it’s us and are quick to blame name shame the others. Little do we know that it is the gunk within that invites the gunk outside so that we can get our gutters cleaned.
We are quick to label others as the problem or toxic but that is what you have attracted because that is what you are hiding underneath the layers of “persona”. To break it up, we need to identify the root of the persona.
So, what happens when you are done with your process and you know it’s done?
There is silence. A lot of silence. Not because you have moved out of the town into the countryside, or cut people out of your life, or because you are now “free” from toxic careers or relationships, but because you have arrived in the land of possibility.
Here you are surrounded by the chaos and drama of life whether it’s your friends family work or politics, but you have no more to say, you are content, you don’t feel the need to prove a point argue or even explain your thought processes or that of others. You don’t even feel the need to “correct”, “guide”, “elevate”, “poke” or “prod”. You are simply silent, and can witness any time your sense of self aka ego whether high or low is titillated. You know your self. You know how you work, and you couldn’t care less about fixing how others work. Rather, you are focused now on service and simplicity.
And you don’t have to force yourself to feel you have arrived just because it sounds like a great idea or an ideal you wish to aspire to. Sometimes we get carried away and decide we are something we are not. We ape others and once again keep spiralling into an idiosyncratic self.
As a trauma victim your mind knows no other way to be than in survival mode; perhaps it’s time to change that into a desire to thrive? How long can we sit on one story and move from one healing model to another in the hope of being salvaged? Cant you see there is nothing left to salvage and that your healing is complete? What remains is your resistance that keeps that minds hold on because to live without the drama of survival brings a big void you have no idea what to do in.
We become so accustomed to fighting freezing resisting that relaxation becomes stressful. We cannot be still. We want the drama, we want to struggle and have things uphill. Well, of course because we know no other way. Give yourself a chance to know another way and relax. Look at yourself and your timelines honestly and see why you are.
The gift of life is realising ones true light and self. When that is realised, nothing more is left to say.
